The science experiments are simple to follow but beautifully reinforce the material. My husband and I love how detailed and up to date the text is. Course Description:

Science in the Atomic Age course - Berean Builders  (Middle School) 

The first semester of Science in the Atomic Age teaches students the history of science since the atomic bomb was invented. Students will see the scientific history of discoveries bringing us to where we are today in our scientific beliefs. Students will also learn that until the mid-1800s, most scientists held to the authority of the bible. 

There is a bit of chemistry, physics, geology, etc.  

Second semester teaches students about the human body with very relevant information for their health. 

The over riding theme of this textbook is that all scientific conclusions are tentative, so why we trust the bible over science. This is an excellent course with a lot of fun experiments.  

Class meets once a week for 90 minutes
